I also feel awkward eating sushi in front of people I don’t know very well. It’s not easy to look classy while shoving a whole roll in your face.

I <3 you Tiffany. I completely identified with what you said about not wanting people to watch you eat. I've battled my weight since I was about 10 years old- and even at my thinnest, I HATED having people watch me eat- and comment on my food. I would always pack a GIGANTIC salad for work to have for lunch, and people would be like "WHOA are you going to eat all that?!" Why yes I am, asshole. Enjoy your microwave meal. I started eating alone soon after teaching, in my classroom, with no one judging me. And you KNOW I like being the center of attention too. We're so damn much alike.

OMG….i want sushi so bad. Torture! I hear ya about the people watching you eat thing. I don’t think anyone likes it. I even hate when I have fancy work dinners and having to eat in front of people b/c I’m always worried i’m going to spill stuff on me too.

I took my parents to breakfast yesterday morning and I felt soooo bad for the people within close proximity to the door. The restaurant had just had a groupon AND it was Sunday brunch time, so the people standing around waiting were EVERYWHERE. Had we been sat by the door, I would have had peeps breathing down my neck. Not cool…

Oh girl i so know what you mean about the table!!! I hate when they sit me somewhere i dont want to be!!! And if there is a booth i always want a booth! LOL too funny. Im sorry your day wasnt better but at least the bf uses coupons!! That is so adorable!!!
