Whoa, you really did go all over the world. My sad ass made a vat of taco soup on Monday and have eaten it for dinner EVERY NIGHT. Thank goodness I ate it all or I’d be going crazy tonight. Aji Amarillo sauce has been my new obsesh, I’m trying to duplicate the Peruvian chicken I had in D.C.

Yum yum yum! I love Tikka Masala, it’s my fave indian food.

Ha! I love this little tour around the world. Baked tofu is where it’s AT. Ever since I ‘perfected’ the art of cooking tofu, there’s no going back for me. And man, Indian simmer sauces are the best. Just wait til you get your Trader Joes- they have some great ones!
All of your foods like great- but if I had to choose one “type,” I’d go with Mexican, hands down.

YUM. I just discovered Indian food a couple weeks ago and actually the BF and I are planning to make some Chicken Jalfrezi tonight. Wish me luck.

Thanks for sharing! Also, I’m jealous because I want to do a canvas and cocktails thing. We have a similar thing called “drink and draw” but I’ve not gone because I don’t draw. I could paint something though.
